Golf for Awareness 2019

This FUNdraiser supports the Downtown Welcome Table, now feeding 700+ weekly, and Haywood Street Respite, a safe place where individuals experiencing homelessness may stay on a short-term basis following an inpatient hospital stay.

Five Clubs Only - Captains Choice Format

Each team member will be allowed 5 clubs. Individual players will use these same 5 clubs for the entire tournament (pick and choose wisely!). The 2019 winning team will only be allowed 4 clubs in the 2020 tournament; and the 2019 last place team will be allowed 6 clubs in 2020.

Threesome Registration Foursome will be formed by the addition of a Haywood Street Friend.	$252.75 ($250.00 + $2.75 fee)

Individual Player Registration	$96.50 ($95.00 + $1.50 fee)

Player Sponsor Sponsor a Friend from Haywood Street to play in the tournament.	$96.50 ($95.00 + $1.50 fee)

Hole Sponsor Signage at Hole. (Deadline: September 15th)	$250.00

Silver Level Sponsorship Hole signage and T-shirt logo placement (deadline for signage Sept 1).	$500.00

Gold Level Sponsorship Same as Silver + 1 Free Player Registration (deadline for signage Sept 1)	$1,000.00

Platinum Level Sponsorship Same as Silver + Featured Signage + 2 Free Player Registrations (deadline for signage Sept 1)	$2,500.00
